Visit Betsy's Bungalow and Daniel's Den overlooking beautiful Lake Dunlap. Treat yourself to a family vacation or reunion at this  lakeside getaway in a beautiful, natural setting. Our guests enjoy the  two cottages on the same convenient property. Daniel's Den is a Sears cottage that we have lovingly restored and filled with beautiful antiques.  Betsy's Bungalow is our new retro 1950's style cottage filled with vintage furniture.

Together, the cottages sleep up to 20 people with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two large kitchens.  Two fully furnished cottages overlooking Lake Dunlap.  Enjoy twinkling lights, beautiful sunsets, an outdoor sleeping porch and kitchen.

Minutes from Schlitterbahn (number one waterpark in the United States), tubing on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. Close to shopping in historic Gruene and huge outlet malls in San Marcos. In the heart of the Hill Country, golfing and antique heaven.

Outdoor sleeping porch with daybed and trundle.  Bring sleeping bags, great for the kids.

Hot tub, fire pit and bon fire area overlooking water. Twinkly lights on decks and trees. Three decks overlooking Lake Dunlap. Steps and ladder into the water, floaties and fishing gear provided. Perfect for Winter Texans with room for several RVs. Rides on neighbor's pontoon boat for an extra cost.
